Meet the Team
The staff at Roncone Orthodontics feels that the field of orthodontics is not just a job, but a profession. We are all Registered Dental Assistants, except our Appointment Coordinator and financial staff. We pride ourselves on offering the latest techniques and regularly attend continued education courses to better ourselves as well as our patients.
Elizabeth is our Patient Consultant and Financial Coordinator. She has been with Dr. Roncone since 1995. Before joining our team, she had over 20 years of experience in various aspects of banking. She also assists Dr. Roncone in his consulting firm.
Holly is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design. She has been working with Dr. Roncone since 2007 and brings her design skills and experience to the practice as well as Roncone Orthodontics International, Dr. Roncone's orthodontic consulting firm.
Jane has a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies with a focus in Sociology, and is our Insurance Coordinator. She has been working with Dr. Roncone and our team since 2009.
Erica is our Diagnostic Records Technician as well as a Chairside Assistant and Laboratory Technician. She has been working with Dr. Roncone and our team since 2012.
Stephanie is one of the newest members of the Roncone team. She is our Appointment Coordinator and is the first one to greet you when you arrive at our office. She has over 20 years in finance and office management and comes from Silicon Valley where she owned and operated one of the largest floral and gift shops in California.
